About Me
I find magic in chaos and have the skills to transform it into effective solutions.
With over 13 years at a Fortune 500 technology company, I've moved from frontline support to AI/ML privacy enablement, compliance analysis, and cross-functional program leadership. Throughout my career I've self-taught the art of building things — production web applications, AI-powered tools, and content platforms. That hands-on experience is what makes me a better leader of the people who create these technologies.
As a program manager, applied ML researcher, and neurodivergent thinker, I see patterns others overlook. I've designed AI-powered workflow tools that reduced documentation time by 93%, led multi-model ML system architecture for contact center optimization, and published peer-reviewed research on neural network prediction of orbital mechanics — deployed live on HuggingFace.
Beyond my day job I help run the Southern Shorts Awards film festival in Georgia, publish independent AI research, and build tools that scratch itches I can't stop thinking about. I'm currently completing a B.S. in Program Management at SNHU and hold certifications in Project Management from Google and Generative AI Leadership from Vanderbilt.
I believe the most effective solutions come from the people closest to the problem — and the best leaders build the room where that can happen.
